I offer therapy to young people aged 11 and over who may be struggling with anxiety, low mood, self-esteem, school pressures, friendships, family relationships or difficult emotions.
Before sessions begin, I arrange an initial consultation with the young person and their parent or carer. This gives everyone the opportunity to meet me, ask questions and see how it feels before committing to therapy.
It is important that the young person is included and has a genuine choice about whether they would like to engage in therapy with me.
I work from home in a comfortable, cosy therapy space, offering a more relaxed and informal environment for young people who may find traditional clinical settings overwhelming.

Sessions are shaped around the young person’s age, needs and preferred way of communicating. Some young people prefer talking, while others find creative approaches helpful. We can use talking therapy, creative work or a combination of both.
There is no pressure to talk before they feel ready. Therapy gives them their own space to understand what they are feeling, explore what is happening in their life and develop ways of managing things that feel challenging.
ADHD and Autism
I have extensive experience supporting young people with ADHD and Autism,
including those who are diagnosed, awaiting an assessment or beginning to
explore whether they may be neurodivergent.
I adapt sessions around each young person’s individual needs, including their
communication style, sensory needs, attention and emotional regulation.
Although I cannot provide a formal diagnosis, I can help you and your child
understand the difficulties they are experiencing, explore helpful strategies and
identify appropriate next steps.
