I am a highly qualified and experienced counsellor/therapist with over 10 years experience working with adults and young people.

I am a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), I adhere to their professional standards and ethical practice.

As an integrative therapist, I use a variety of modalities including person-centered, psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral therapy, inner child work, and solution-focused therapy. My approach allows me to tailor our sessions to meet your unique needs and requirements.

I can work with a diverse range of topics including, anxiety, depression, grief, stress, work related issues, relationship issues, substance misuse, pregnancy related issues, ADHD, autism, low mood, anger issues, sexuality and more.


As a professional, I take my work very seriously, however, I also believe in being approachable and easy going as I find this helps to build strong relationships with clients. Training & continued professional development

  • Attachment theory: I draw insights from the work of renowned expert Sir Richard Bowlby to understand the profound impact of attachment on individuals' well-being.

  • Trauma-Informed Practice: Understanding somatisation, dissociation and triggers

  • Neuroscience of Children & Teenagers: Dr. Margot Sunderland, understanding of the psychological and neurological aspects specific to children and teenagers.

  • Eating Disorders: With specialised training at the Kent Safeguarding Children Board, I have enhanced my knowledge of eating disorders and how two support individuals.

  • Pregnancy loss, birth trauma & fertility: I have extensive knowledge in these topics. I work very closely with a local charity who support families experiencing difficulties 

  • Children: I have completed Level 2 training in Child Sexual Exploitation, Child Sexual Abuse, and Self-Harm through the Kent Safeguarding Children Board (KSCB), equipping me to address sensitive issues with expertise and care.

  • Using Play Therapy: I have received training from Place2be in play therapy techniques, which serve as valuable tools in working with children.

  • Working creatively: Using creative ideas for expression and variation.
