I am a highly qualified and experienced counsellor/therapist with over 10 years experience working with adults and young people.

I am a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), I adhere to their professional standards and ethical practice.

As an integrative therapist, I use a variety of modalities including person-centered, psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral therapy, inner child work, and solution-focused therapy. My approach allows me to tailor our sessions to meet your unique needs and requirements.

I can work with a diverse range of topics including, anxiety, depression, grief, stress, work related issues, relationship issues, substance misuse, pregnancy related issues, ADHD, autism, low mood, anger issues, sexuality and more.
